Can you freeze clotted cream ? Yes you can.
If you want to freeze clotted cream you will need to buy fresh (not have it delivered by post).
Put it straight into the freezer, the minute you buy the FRESH clotted cream,as it freezes very well.
All it needs is for you to defrost it naturally, (overnight is good)
Then sit back and enjoy the taste of Devon !!
PLEASE NOTE - you won't be able to refreeze the cream if you have ordered it by post as it is sent out frozen and whilst it is in the post it defrosts.
The cream then needs to be placed in the fridge upon receipt and used within 5 days.
